Marshall MG30CFX MG Series 30-Watt Guitar Combo Amp

    • I really liked the clean/crunch sound of this amp and was always attracted by "Marshall Sound"
    • Crunch is sweet and creamy!
    • The overdrive setting also works well, but seems a bit delayed sometimes which can be annoying when it sounds like the amp is delayed in the sound it is putting out, this mostly happens if you have a lot of gain/crunch sound going on
    • Not to small or large, this amp pumps out really good crunch with good gain
    • The crunch has that classic marshall crunch sound to it
    • Love the crunch
    • The clean/crunch button does as advertised, and the reverb might be as good as my 1974 Marshall
    • remember when u get it, there are effects set on every setting (mode) CLEAN, CRUNCH, OD1, and OD2
    • The overdrive channel is your standard solid state crunch and nothing to write home about
    • There are no switches for these settings, they just meld into one another as tou turn the knob, and crunch, blues, or distortion are not available
    • The adjustability is outstanding and the clean and dirty crunch rock sets perform excellent
    • The Clean/Crunch button and the two OD choices are real nice for quick changes though you have to stop and adjust the volume when a change is made; a volume pedal would be nice here.
    • Works great with a true overdrive pedal, but the crunch and OD channels sound amazing without the added gain from a pedal
