I say sadly because they are among the best sounding headphones I've ever tried -- even better than the Sony WH1000xm2!

In the end if you really care about the sound that much you'll buy more expensive wired headphones

In a world where even the cheapest headphones give you verbal confirmation that they are paired and what devices they are paired to this one gives you no audio confirmation, but I guess this minimalism goes along with the retro style
