No other string that I've used is a strong as these, period...and the tone is excellent!

The custom light are easier to play and have a bright tone to them, but can make a guitar sound like a cheaper model compared to the Light-Medium

but these again they do project good tone.

Remember the MEDIUM gauge strings are not as easy to press down as the lighter strings but for my style of playing I find they last longer and the tone doesn't diminish as fast.

i just put these on my fender acoustic, they have a nice warm tone and bend semi easily

They do have a great tone and I play light gauge setup low on my cutaway

I play pretty often, twice a week, so I find I have to replace them about once a month if I want to keep that sweet tone

It's tone is warm, with great resonance

I like the tone better than the phosphorous coated strings (personal preference).
