I could definitely use the reminders on good typing practices, but I just wanted to practice
After every session, it says "No troublesome pairs were identified but keep practicing to improve!"When you select the option to speak the text (so you dont have to read it as you type), they speak it far faster than the program KNOWS you can type
He was already doing some of that, so MB is great reinforcement and extra practice for him.

Great enjoying the softwear Mavis on my 8.1 windows laptop
So when I realized that my 10-year-old son probably needed to learn how to type (I guess it isn't a high school skill anymore like it was when I was in school), I was thrilled to see that good old Mavis Beacon is still around to help him out too
So, the "ages 8 to adult" on the package is probably right on target!All in all, Mavis is as good as ever, and teaching a skill that is critical to life in the world today.
