I always typed looking on the keyboard, and now learning the right way, and it works great so far.

It is far better to learn properly up front versus trying to retrain yourself to type after you've already learned the wrong way.

but I believe that is how the high school tests are done as well, and that is the best way of calculating your ability to type error free
