I dropped my iphone x and both the screen protector and the phone screen cracked

Dropped the phone (slid off the table in a restaurant) & the screen cracked.

but I guess it better than the phone screen cracking!

Cracked in one week of use and my phone screen cracked also with an otter box on it too.

Two of the three screens cracked, one after the phone slid from an airplane seat to the carpeted floor (the good news is that the screen itself remained intact) and the other (on my husband's phone) developed a hairline crack without any recognized incident.

I have never used a screen protector before for one of my phones, and have NEVER had a screen crack

Anyone know if there is any policy they have to get you a phone if your screen cracks while using one of these?

had the screen on for about 3 hours didn't drop my phone but the screen cracked

I had one on my phone and unfortunately dropped my phone on a gravel surface, the protector screen cracked but phone screen in perfect condition

DID love the ease of installation (as that's for sure the most frustrating of challenges to get it just right)

My phone screen is just as responsive as without the protector and looks great!

and it's still on my phone since I purchased it looking just as good as when I installed it.

However, there are no scratches, cracks or dings as of yet, and I'm pretty clumsy, so that really says something.

Really disappointed as I have bought these before and they have been good.
