The sound quality is horrible

Sound quality seems fine, although since I am mostly listening to podcasts and talk radio I can't really say how they perform with different music types

I love that these don't hurt when I sleep but the quality is inconsistent - one of the earbuds always seems to stop working and I have to return or order another pair.
