Problem is, if I lay on my side they hurt my ears

when I lay on my side my ear does not hurt

They fit perfect in the ear and doesn't cause your ears to hurt like the big ones do.

I purchase three pairs of these Maxrock earphones this year, 2017, and each one has an ear bud that does not work

They are very comfortable for me to sleep in and want to keep using them, but they are very susceptible to static (little to no shielding?) and the right ear bud goes out after only a couple months of standard and careful use

Bought these for my wife as the typical apple ear buds hurt her ears.

My wife and I both sleep with these guys and really like the unobtrusive comfortable ear buds.

Not sure how common of a problem this is, but I do not want to risk a trip to the doctor to remove this tiny part from my ear canal, so unfortunately I am back to square one on the hunt for the perfect sleeping ear buds.

The only ones I've found for side sleepers that don't hurt your ear in some way

Had them for a week before they broke, they're really comfortable, I only use them for sleep and the cord would get tangled as I tossed and turned, the cord got really twisted and when I untangled it there was a kink left in the cord and one ear became 10x quieter

They are so comfortable (and my ears are pretty sensitive).

After spending several hundred dollars (over the years) on ear buds that were extremely uncomfortable for my delicate ears these are nirvana.

Not only you don't even notice they are there, even for side sleepers lime myself, but they also serve as great ear plugs - great sound proofing

They are holding up well, sound decent and are comfortable, they do not hurt my ears like others have in the past.

Honestly when I saw these had hard cores wasn't sure how well they work as I'm a side sleeper.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they aren't as high quality as I would like.

I wish they didn't fall out of my ears as often as they do, but that just comes with all headphones.

Not the greatest sound, but if you want to fall asleep to audiobooks, then these are great, as you can lay on your side with an earbud in both ears and not have pain in the ear.
