If you are looking for noise canceling then these may not be for you but if listening to music while sleeping with a noisy husband.....then give them a try.

Honestly when I saw these had hard cores wasn't sure how well they work as I'm a side sleeper.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they aren't as high quality as I would like.

I wish they didn't fall out of my ears as often as they do, but that just comes with all headphones.

Not the greatest sound, but if you want to fall asleep to audiobooks, then these are great, as you can lay on your side with an earbud in both ears and not have pain in the ear.
