They fit way inside the ear so you can lay/sleep on your ear very comfortably and hear your audio, I have gone through very many earbuds looking for a pair I could sleep in.

These earplugs are really tiny..perfect for me, as I listen to my music on my Iphone while falling asleep, and I am a "side sleeper", so the earphones fit great and don't interfere with me sleeping on my side, with my ear on the pillow.
