this is a great product if you can't afford a real playstation 3 controller

ps3 controller did not work whatsoever!!!!!!!

i opened up my playstation emulator and the controller worked great.

However, almost all controllers have input lag to some measure or another

Not sure about multitap support, but you should be able to plug one in and work multiple controllers on it

This product is great even if you have good ps3 controllers but maybe have extra ps2 controllers not doing much that you could use to get some local multiplayer action on Call Of Duty and so forth

The controller refuses to vibrate when plugged into the PS3, and I can't find a feature to turn it on while connected to the PC

i bought this so me and my buddy could play games without me buyin another expensive controller

this is for you, it's simple, easy to connect and ready to play on your favorite classic controllers, because I know, that sometimes the newer ones feel like downgrade.

I'm using this on a win 8 laptop and motionjoy controller software

The controller seemed to work "OK" as far as on the XMB (Cross Media Bar), but once I started the game itself, there was no response or any functions from the controller while In-Game, so I'm not even sure if this will work for someone else

If you follow that guide, you should have absolutely zero issues using your controllers, providing the game you wish to play doesn't require Sixaxis compatibility (unless you're using PS2 sixaxis controllers, of course).As for the caveats

This seems to be a scam, because I plugged my controllers in and it only works in the Home Screen

Controller arrived and does not work..

The controllers show up in windows as joysticks and it works with different emulators (PS2, Nintendo etc).

All the buttons are backwards, and it doesn't register as a workable controller in the game

but also on PC, rendering it a Gamepad as well as Dualshock 3 controller, it is an excellent purchase

For my build, I only needed a single controller, and this works perfectly

First of all, people who say "Does not work with X controller" may not be entirely right, as it seems these adapters vary widely even though they are under the same category

I was even able to play Battlefield 3 with this adapter using an old PS2 dual shock 2 controller

No configuration needed from me to keep the controller layout consistent with the 360's,

In my opinion the PS2 controller is the best controller of any gaming system ever created

What I do not recommend is depending on the PS2 controller as your primary controller

I have not tried the PS2 controller with Playstation Move yet, but I doubt I will since I do not like using full-controllers with Move games preferring the navigation controller.

Tested to make sure it wasn't the controller and it worked fine when plugged in the ps2.

Great "Kids Controller" for the PS3

I plugged it into my wife's laptop, went into the Devices & Printers from the Control Panel to make sure all the controls were working properly, and she was able to play a PC game with her beloved Playstation controller.

Controller is way easier in the long run.

Its a cheap way to get around buying the expensive Bluetooth controllers
