The micro sim adapter got stuck in my phone and ruined the interior of the micro slim slot

The smaller T-Mobile sim fit perfectly and the phone works great.

This made inserting the SIM a little harder than I expected and made removing it a fair amount harder and also effectively makes the adapter a one-time use product.

SIM fits very well and securely in it and it goes into the phone just like the original SIM card.

Put in a nano sim on a micro converter and it didn't work

I am now able to use a nano-SIM in newer phones like the iPhone 5 or Nokia Lumia 1520, and then place the SIM in the micro-SIM adapter for some of the older models I use like a Nokia Lumia 920.

the contacts on the phone can really scratch your sim, so I wouldn't recommend multiple swaps on such a phone.

So the nano SIM doesn't sit in the slot exactly flush unless you pretty much jam it in there with your finger.

The complete package did fit in my phone's SIM slot but it was definitely a tight fit and left me slightly worried that I overstressed the spring-loaded contacts for the SIM card in the phone which could lead to connection problems in the future.

On the Note 2 the SIM card/adapter jams on the card slot if not completely in the adapter

The adhesive always holds my sim in place and the adapter itself doesn't damage the filaments that connect you to your network

Don't settle for the super cheap adapters and risk not getting the sim out and destroying your $$$ phone.

Some cheap SIM adapters are prone to catching on the pins and causing them to bend/tear, rendering the phone pretty much useless.

Dealing with a jammed SIM caused by a bargain-basement adapter can far offset the extra few dollars you think you may have saved on a cheaper unit.

Be sure to remove the small paper square inside the otherwise clear SIM "window" so the SIM won't rise up over the lip of the adapter

When I went to pull the adapter out of my galaxy s3, it managed to snag on something inside the sim slot which broke a small piece of copper

SIM adapters seem simple in theory, but in practice you realize the very tiny tolerances you are relying on to avoid getting both the SIM and adapter permanently broken and/or jammed into a SIM slot - its very, very easy for this to happen

Each adapter has a square of double backed tape to secure the sim which is good but is it reusable if I want to remove the sim?Guess I'll find out.

They aren't made out of cheap flimsy plastic and the adapter even has a sticky bottom that keeps your SIM secure so your phone or the SIM itself doesn't get damaged

Did the trick for me - converted my micro sim to standard sim for use in my old Motorola Bravo.

The MediaDevil SIM adapter worked very well in being able to switch between the two sizes.

Depending on your device, if the adapter card is facing upside down, the SIM tends to fall out, making it harder to install.
