Each 32oz bottle of Medical Grade 99.9% Isopropyl Alcohol shipped was properly packaged, properly labeled, properly filled, and properly sealed with a tamper-proof seal under the bottlecap.

The seal on the bottle was broken, and the bottle arrived about one-fourth empty

the seal was broken when i got it and the cap was cracked so if it fell on its side it will just leak even if the cap is on tightly
