I have small ears but these fit perfect right out of the box

These stay in the ears great and volume is fine even down the highway

My ears don't get hot

They come with 6 pairs of silicone eartips along with a pair of size medium T-200 comply tips that fit my ear like a glove

Once you find the perfect ear bit they are perfect

They don't bother my ears and are pretty comfortable

The only reason for four stars is the flexible ear tips

These are by far the best wired ear buds I have worn while riding.

I've tried each ear piece but no improvement

And if they don't work great for IEM, they are still good ear buds for listening to devices and phone calls on cell phones.

A full set of pretty decent yet standard silicone ear-tips are also included in S, M, and L sizes

I must say I don't like for phone calls as with the isolation you hear yourself talking too much in your head.
