I liked the product, but one of the ear plug (Left) had a missing part, the net which blocks dirt to get inside the driver was missing only on the left ear plug, right plug has net

For my ears, the high mids were a bit pronounced therefore I just pulled 2-6.3k out around 5-7 db on my EQ ( in a shallow U shape)

They tend t sound shrill and harsh unless they are firmly wedged into the ear canal

I have to admit these are the best sounding IEM's I have ever used (I also use the Comply t-200's with these and love the match)
