None of the other tips gave me both a comfortable feel and perfect seal, so I ended up using my trusty Sony Hybrids
-
It is so important to get the proper seal when you put them on in order for the sound to be top quality
-
Not only were these earphones very uncomfortable to wear, I could not get them to stay in my ears, nor could I achieve a good seal with the tips.
-
As with any earphone it's important to get a good fit/seal in your ear and the m6 pro comes with a plethora of ear tips to help you do that
-
The tips selection is huge, and I guarantee that almost everyone who purchases them will have no problem getting a good seal
-
I struggled to find a suitable tip to use for a secure seal, but the rubber ones were not great
-
These earbuds provided an excellent seal between my ears and THAT'S when the bass started to pump through at incredible levels
-
Maybe my ears are too weird or too large to get the right fit and seal, but I've read many reports of the same issue on various forums.
-
The sound is full-spectrum with a great bass IF you get a good seal.
-
Again, I get that they help make a better seal with the memory wire, and to help keep the headphones secure
-
They produce a great seal and sound amazing
-
I know that there are a lot of tips already there, but the Comply tips that were included were too small, and broke the seal when I smiled.
-
So basically these are worthless since I can't get the proper seal and therefore proper sound!!!
-
Amazing pair of earbuds!!Even if you are not using them as IEM they work great for casual use and are amazing at the gym, bass is a little low but still present with a good seal, worth every cent!
-
These would probably work fine for a vocalist or someone not needing a lot of lows, but as a bassist using IEM's I could not get an accurate enough reference over any high freq's in the system or could not get a good enough seal with the supplied inserts
-
Try all the tips that come with it for a great seal
-
Unfortunately, the distortion caused by the aforementioned shoehorning destroys the seal of the Shure triple flange tips that's been reliable for me otherwise
-
However, getting a good seal was not straightforward
-
If you're not getting enough bass, use the Comply tips and make sure you have a good seal
-
I can find earbuds that actually make a perfect seal for me
-
Of course getting a good seal with the right tip and placement is important, especially to get the best bass response and to avoid that "tinny" sound.
-
I get that the foam they use makes a much better seal than any silicone tips
-
You will get a better seal and better feel.
-
The Comply foam eartips are more comfortable for longer sessions, but the triple-flanged deeper tips give me a better seal.
-
The sound signature is very clear and the wide variety of ear tips allows for all kinds of ears to have a nice seal
-
In addition, none of the eartips, but one, create a good seal, although those tips are perfectly OK when applied to other IEMs I own
-
A good seal is the most important thing for these buds to sound there best
-
Despite all of the provided ear tips, none of them provide a good seal for my ears
-
They just won't stay put and without a perfect seal, these headphones lose any kind of bass or warmth, and come off as very tinny
-
Easy to hear, great seal in the ear
-
Getting a proper seal is paramount to hearing all of what these buds have to offer
-
I found the Comply tips to provide the best seal for my ear which, in turn, made these IEMs sound amazing
-
A perfect seal blocks outside noise much better, which then allows the listener to keep the volume lower while still enjoying crisp and well-balanced sound, thus helping to prevent lasting hearing damage
-
Good in-ears for the price and they get the job done, but I had a very hard time getting a good seal while singing or smiling
-
IEMs sound bright and tinny (no bass) without a good seal
-
What I particularly like about these is that I popped them in when I went cycling, and I experienced no discomfort, nor did their seal get broken at all
-
Great sound but the design does not allow for a good seal to remain very long
-
I found a large set of gel tips that provided good sealing, but they are not as comfortable as the Comply tips (my personal preference).
-
These things actually sound really good if you can get a good seal and get them to stay in.
-
I want to be clear that a GOOD seal is very important and will affect the quality of the sound
-
Very nice upper end sound with plenty of bass once you have the proper seal.
-
none of the fit attachments seemed to work with my ears and i was never able to get a comfortable seal
-
They come with a nice zip case and a plethora of tips to choose from so getting a good seal should be easy
-
Comfort gets better once you find the earpiece size that's right for you, with a good "seal" also helping with isolation.
-
Worked decently well, though the seal only worked well if I held my jaw in a certain position
-
you need both wires, one line dead in three months- despite numerous tip options included, none allowed for good seal/seating of earpiece- earpieces uncomfortable for long periods,
-
Bass is very adequate, I would suggest that those who aren't getting good bass response aren't getting a good seal.
-
They never give a good seal in my ears.
-
The sound (now that I had a good isolation seal from the T200's) is full-range and these earphones are in the acceptable category (to a sound engineer) for the way they handle the middle frequencies.
-
After a few days working with the eartips I have found a set which gives me a great seal and I can now hear more thump in the bass and it is not overpowering but just right
-
Even without the right seal, they sounded pretty
-
Great seal.
-
I found the double flange tip to fit get the best seal and fit the most comfortably.
-
I know that there are a lot of tips already there, but the Comply tips that were included were too small, and broke the seal when I smiled.
-
In Ear Monitors, molded for a perfect seal to my ear
-
A good seal is all I ever needed from any set to get the best sound.
-
Without that critical air-tight seal that I couldn't seem to create, the sound is thin and there is no bottom-end whatsoever
-
Something to be aware of: if you cannot find a good seal, the sound quality of the M6-Pros will suffer
-
I will use these when I mow, too because the isolation is quite good, when you have the proper seal
-
One VERY important thing is to make sure you have a really good seal when inserting any in-ear monitor in your ear, otherwise it will sound 'thin'
-
The key is to make sure you have them inserted far enough in and a proper seal
-
Ultimately they proved to be absolutely useless as they were always slipping out of place and had zero noise reducing properties due to the lack of a good seal.
-
The tips selection is huge, and I guarantee that almost everyone who purchases them will have no problem getting a good seal
-
Believe me, I tried everything I could to get these to seat properly in my ear canal to get a good seal with the tip.
-
Tried all 6 sets of tips and my seal is fine.
-
i had the cord angled too high and it was putting pressure on several different parts of my ear and making for a poor seal within my ear canal
-
If I press them firmly into my ears, amazing sound, but if I let them sit by themselves, no low range at all as they only need to fall out a little bit to lose the seal
-
If you think these have poor bass you are not getting a good seal and should try a different size
-
The comply foam tips are the only ones that really gave me a solid seal, and they are much more comfortable than any other non-custom tip I've tried
-
But with a little finesse, I can get them to seal and stay sealed quite well
-
By the way, burn these in a bit, and make sure that they have a good seal
-
I also can't get a good seal with the rubber tips
-
The triple flange ear tip probably provides the best seal, but is very uncomfortable for my ears
-
The comply tips make the perfect seal and have made me a believer
-
I did have to try a couple different eartips until I found the perfect seal
-
I decided to try them anyway, and I couldn't get a proper seal on my ear so the isolation (and sound, especially bass response) was on par with
-
You MUST have a good seal in order to get good sound from these guys
-
Also, a good seal seemed to connect right to my mouth movements, so every laugh made the comedian inaudible until I shut my pie hole
-
lack of bass, perfect seal in my ears, middle and treble are good, I expected a bit more
-
They sound very nice and the seal from the foam tips is phenomenal
-
I thought that this was just a matter of getting a better seal, but I eventually found the culprit
-
I found a pair of rubber tips that I was able to get a good seal with but with mediocre isolation
-
I bought these because I need to send out part of my se215s for repair/replacement and didn't want to be without an earphone with a good seal for my subway commute
-
Custom gels are always going to give you a more consistent seal when moving your jaw than universal fit
-
I previously mentioned that I didn't end up using any of the included tips and instead opted to use the Sony Hybrids; however, I've actually found that the "double bubble" tips included worked best for me in terms of maintaining a perfect seal
-
The fit very differently from normal earphones, but is ergonomic and creates a secure fit with great seal in the ear
-
Unfortunately MEElectronics and everyone else says how important it is to get a good fit/seal in-ear (which I completely agree with) but do not provide the proper sleeves!!!
-
Accordingly, people with big ears may have to order the Comply Comfort ear tips to get a proper seal, otherwise the base frequencies will sound weak.
-
I've been switched to the deepest silicone offering in the package, these also did not fit well so as to achieve a good seal.
-
The provided earbuds, outside of the provided comply tips (which last 2 months and replacements are expensive), are uncomfortable in your ear and don't really create a great seal, so outside noise is heard and bass is nonexistent unless you're constantly pushing the earbuds in your ears
-
I couldn't get a good seal with any of the
-
lack of bass, perfect seal in my ears, middle and treble are good, I expected a bit more
-
I was careful to try to ensure a good seal with the IEMs by trying different tips and inserting them while pulling back on outer ears, twisting and pushing
-
The best part about providing so many pairs of tips is that almost any listener will find a pair that provide a near-perfect or perfect seal
-
larger compy buds didn't improve the seal :/ fair amount of bleed and they are not totally cutting outside noise out
-
Choosing the correct tip is extremely important, using one that does not provide a proper seal will end up making the highs sound a bit harsh as well as lacking in bass
-
I have tried every earbud that comes with the headphones but still have trouble getting and maintaining a good seal
-
As with most IEMs these require a good seal to get good sound quality
-
(these come with the Medium T-200) to try to get a better seal and while they do isolate better, the left earpiece still has no bass.
-
Awful sound quality with a frequency response that drops off rapidly below 700Hz with a perfect seal to the ear canal
-
next day free S&H.
-
, the highs became shrill and overblown in most Paramore songs, as well as in some Weezer songs
-
I've only been using them for two days, but they have already found their place as my daily drivers, as well as for more specialised uses like DJing
-
The frequency response is good enough and though the sound quality is a bit strident at the higher end and the bass is not as head rattling as I would prefer.
-
Since I also have super picky ears, most ear buds don't fit in my ear canals right without hurting a
-
These also came with a better selection of ear pieces, as well as, a second cord for phone/volume control
-
but I'm not feeling for these M6 Pros as of now
-
Buy the blue ones, they're about $10 cheaper as of this writing
-
I purchased these earbuds thinking they would work for me as a
-
They don't isolate nearly as well as the $10 panasonic ear buds we all buy from Amazon (which for the price still seem to
-
I use these for personal performances, as well as when I play guitar for my youth group and church
-
I much prefer an over the ear style headphones, but when I started working out I went looking for a pair of iems
-
I looked into Shure 215's and I was impressed, but I love a
-
I then went to the equalizer settings of my galaxy note and boosted the bass as much as I could, still horrible sound
-
The L-shaped hard plastic jack housing is similarly good, providing a surface you can get a good grip
-
More l like listening over an old phone receiver
