• Reviews around plastic (2.41 of 5)

MEE audio M7 PRO Universal-Fit Hybrid Dual-Driver Musician's in-Ear Monitors with Detachable Cables (Clear)

    • On the microphone section, the plastic is beginning to fall apart
    • The monitors themselves are surrounded by a hard plastic, which seems to protect the monitors quite nicely as there are still no signs or wear even after 1 month of owning them
    • Keep your awful plastic garbage, and give me these any day of the week!
    • After owning these headphones for less than 14 months the cheap plastic casing that the earbuds are made of fell apart and the headphones are no rendered useless.
    • I eventually lost the earbud, this picture shows the outer plastic that became detached.
    • These are also a very cheap plastic and a very easy to tangle cable.
    • The hard plastic piece that sits in the outer ear apples too much pressure for me, so my ears become fatigued after about 20 minutes
    • The earbuds have a bending piece that helps you form fit to your ear unlike the hard plastic that usually digs into my head or just feels to big
    • Pros are covered in clear plastic.
    • They should redesign with an inflexible plastic
    • Very good sounding pair of IEMS but very cheap plastic housing that cracked with very minimal use, very disappointed.
    • The flexible plastic mesh around the cord near the jack will bend (because it is designed to do so), and eventually cause the cord to shear
    • The cord underneath the clear coating looks like it could actually be nice, closer to the cord of the A151, but it's wrapped in some kind of awful thick rubbery plastic that stiffens the cord, and is ever-so-slightly sticky
    • I was perplexed until I saw through the clear plastic housing where the volume slider is that the cable had torn away from the circuit board.
    • I had to use pliers to squash down the plastic on the cables just to get them to fit into the IEMs
    • The driver housing is hard plastic that you'd probably have to take a hammer to if you wanted to break them.
    • The L-shaped hard plastic jack housing is similarly good, providing a surface you can get a good grip
    • The cincher (is that the word) actually works pretty well, doesn't slide around when put somewhere (probably due to the afformentioned sticky plastic more than anything), but this alone is worthless, since it doesn't help with noise, but does help keep the earphones in place...which raises the question, MEE, why did you add these horrible paperclip things inside the cord
    • The memory wire is made of a hard plastic that hurts your ear with prolonged use
    • They're finicky to get on and off, and the connecter uses a plastic that likes to rub on my ear the wrong way, especially when first putting them on or after prolonged listening
    • About 6 months in, the plastic on the earbud where the cables are inserted is cracked on BOTH buds; and I took very good care of them by carefully storing them in the case
    • the extra flexible plastic near the plug that's supposed to protect the cable from this did not do its job
    • The buttons are hard plastic.
    • Afterwards, I resorted to forcing the cable in, causing the plastic around the opening in the left earpiece to crack a little
    • The right ear cut out entirely.2.The mic is made out of cheap plastic material that will not pick up on anything you say
    • The L-shaped hard plastic jack housing is similarly good, providing a surface you can get a good grip
    • More l like listening over an old phone receiver
    • Buy the blue ones, they're about $10 cheaper as of this writing
    • I much prefer an over the ear style headphones, but when I started working out I went looking for a pair of iems
    • but I'm not feeling for these M6 Pros as of now
    • They don't isolate nearly as well as the $10 panasonic ear buds we all buy from Amazon (which for the price still seem to
    • I then went to the equalizer settings of my galaxy note and boosted the bass as much as I could, still horrible sound
    • I use these for personal performances, as well as when I play guitar for my youth group and church
    • These also came with a better selection of ear pieces, as well as, a second cord for phone/volume control
    • I looked into Shure 215's and I was impressed, but I love a
    • The frequency response is good enough and though the sound quality is a bit strident at the higher end and the bass is not as head rattling as I would prefer.
    • , the highs became shrill and overblown in most Paramore songs, as well as in some Weezer songs
    • I've only been using them for two days, but they have already found their place as my daily drivers, as well as for more specialised uses like DJing
    • I purchased these earbuds thinking they would work for me as a
    • Since I also have super picky ears, most ear buds don't fit in my ear canals right without hurting a
    • next day free S&H.
    • n’t feel that great
    • I have to admit these are the best sounding IEM's I have ever used (I also use the Comply t-200's with these and love the match)
    • They tend t sound shrill and harsh unless they are firmly wedged into the ear canal
    • Other things I like: I really, really like the form factor
