MEGACRA Bluetooth Sound Bar Speakers for Home Audio

    • YES this is nothing less than a phenomenal sound bar system with excellent midrange, highs, and outstanding bass.
    • My opinion: the system speakers have the ability to produce a nice bass but the amplification hardware loses it somewhere in the translation
    • Sweet bass tones.
    • I believe the Z2300 bass had a lot more punch than this set, so at first I thought these were not quite as good.
    • By themselves, they sound full with just enough bass; but they don't thump and walk themselves off the counter like the Jambox does
    • Overall sound quality for this 7W total output Bluetooth speak was also excellent with a very good bass
    • It's not that it's incapable of bass; the start-up sound makes it very clear it can achieve nice bass.

    • The bass is fine, and maybe more accurate than the Z2300, just not as powerful, or maybe just not as over-powering
    • In order not to have a bass boom that covers movie dialogue, I found that I had to do 2 things with these speakers...reduce the bass on the speakers to -6 and boost the treble to +6, as well as setting my player software (Quicktime) to minimum bass and maximum treble.
    • Bass test tracks found the subwoofer reproducing excellent bass and sub-bass frequencies - the sub never "bottomed out" even at the lowest frequencies on the test, though I could tell that the volume was decreasing as it got down in the 30Hz and 20Hz range.
    • I have tested some tiny speakers that had good bass
    • At maximum volumes, it performed pretty well on R&B, classical, and soft rock styles.
