It gets the job done very nicely with a good ching sound and seems to be built to endure.

This is an awesome ching ring great sound and tone when lating atop your upper hi hat cymbal highly reccomended for any kit

I'd go with a bigger one, or a smaller full tambourine set up if you want something with a really strong "ching" to it.
