Did all the research while some will say its the oil ring around the pick up tube or a bad pump

If you don't get this right, the pump will pull air and you will have put in many, many hours replacing this only to have inconsistent/no pressure.

only problem I had is a bunch of random oil leaks because I now have the right pressure which is a good thing

X/ Isuzu Ascender has a tighter engine compartment to work on

after engine was warm it carried decent oil pressure but the new OIL PUMP boosted pressure about 20 pounds to 55 psi

and my engine is quieter than it has been in a long time
