    Memorex 8.5 GB 8 X Double Layer DVD+R - 50 Pack Spindle

    • I have been burning DVDs for years and this is the first time I have encountered a set of discs with a 100% failure rate
    • So far I've burned about 30 some odds dvds and haven't encounter a single problem with it nor did I had to throw any failed dvds out (like some reviews said)
    • These DVDs are extreamly bad.

    • as i said very few dvds actually stop working KEEP THESE DVDS CLEAN (scratch free and it will work perfect all the time so if you are careful with your disc's then buy them!)

    • Because of the obvious problems other people are having, I can't necessarily recommend these DVDs, but if you are on the fence due to the reviews, just know that not everyone has a bad experience with these discs.
    • I called samsung and they said they do NOT recommend memorex brand dvds at all
    • So far with one pack of 50 I've already noted 10 bad dvds
    • I have to say that these discs though claim high capacity, they are very unreliable compared to the good old single layer dvds

    • When I started using them they seemed to work better than the verbatim with only 2 bad dvds and were extremely durable due to being made of heavier material than the thin verbatim's
    • They're the only brand I'm aware of that still manufactures proper Dual Layer DVDs

    • I like memorex,I been use it since almost coming to the market the blank DVD's,Memorex was one of mine first choices,first because the low price compare to others brands,and second,When I bought my third computer,and the dvd recorder fail to burned my dvds, I took my computer to the store where I bougth it,they replace it with a memorex dvd burner,since then I fell in love with the brand, I still had the same computer since then and the same memorex in the computer still working ,I built another computer for Me and the dvd burner is another memorex.my suggest for those who are looking for a good dvd
