but I also must admit I was attempting to burn software that I should not have been, so it was probably a bad image

Use ImgBurn to burn the ISO images to these dual layr DVD's

The only time I have ever had problems with the discs is when I made an error in setting layer breaks or a faulty image file

I buy these to burn images on for clients and I buy them all the time, very good.

I have tried the lower priced discs and they are lower priced for a reason: bad construction, poor imaging, dropout spots...just bad transfer surfaces.

I usually only burn ISO images but have had success with native DVD movie file formats (VOB, etc)

Shipping was pretty fast, so i cant really blame the seller for anything besides carrying this god aweful product and the first thing i did was burn an image that was about 7GB in size

I just needed to start doing a full cold reboot after using a particular type of DVD software so that its driver unloaded completely and then burn my images or disks with my CD/DVD burning program with the system fresh

these dont work with asus drives at all i here thay work great with hp

I would recommend purchasing from Amazon as they cost $93 at Best Buy compared to $48 on Amazon.

These burn well as long as you have a compatible burner.

Although I have no way of confirming it, I believe they are failing as they begin burning the second layer

I do dislike the label surface as it has little stars on it, but no biggie, just write right over them

that was a strike, since I burned more than 100 DVD disks (4.7G) myself and never failed one before
