I think the majority of the bad reviews are people with crappy software

After reading both good and bad reviews for these, I decided I would try them out, as Memorex had served me well in the past.

I was kind of hesitant to purchase this media, seeing how it had so many mixed reviews (some praise with alot of bad reviews).

Most negative reviews are from 2008 and some recent, but there were many other positive and giving recommendations

I was worried about buying these due to all the bad reviews but the price was just too good to pass up.

From what I'm hearing (a lot), Verbatim +R DL slow speed is the way to go on dual layered disks
