I was hoping a cleaning of the lens would fix the problem

it cleaned my dvd player just as good or better than those other dvd cleaner that I purchased at walmart..walmarts didn't do a good job like

I've since used the cleaner on my other DVD player, as well as three computers, and it works like a charm
