I have had a dozen of these instruments (flutes, clarinets, saxophones) come to my band room and NOT ONE has made it six months without needing significant adjustment or repair due to the poor quality of materials and construction.

Most quality music stores will not repair it because the design quality is so bad that the repair will not last and they will get the blame for a bad quality repair

I had it sent through our school to be fixed, they said the quality is definatley for a beginner player and for the future it would be recommended a better quality be purchased
