It was okay at first, the gloves broke immediately, the tuner wasn't following up, the neck is hard as diamond and you can't push it inside the body

I did purchase a new strap with padding for him because the strap hurt his neck, but that was like $

Awesome item but the neck screw doesn't tien all the way so the neck stays loose

We did buy him a better, more comfortable neck strap, the one it came with was not comfortable for him, that's been his only complaint

The strap that comes with this is garbage and will ruin your neck and shoulders and a cleaning kit is essential for keeping moisture out of the neck and mouthpiece of your instrument when you're done playing

I also found a C-clamp useful, to compress the posts toward each other, and with blocks of wood make a vise for the bail of the neck valve

Low C did not work.

As you can read for yourself on plenty of other reviews, the low C is useless
