However, beginners already have enough of a challenge learning a new instrument, getting used to practicing, etc., and having a poor quality instrument can be very discouraging

The sax is very appealing; the nickle finish makes this a very attractive instrument

Engravings on bell and bow are simple compared to expensive instruments, but the engravings on the Mendini saxophone are really a nice accent

The case is a molded piece of styrofoam covered with cloth, so I wouldn't expect it to protect your instrument from any real wear
