Your child will be frustrated and will fall behind in class because this "instrument" will not respond correctly or be able to produce the right sound

I love this product I love the color and the sound at it works perfectly but the reeds that were sent were very bent and didn't work

The keys are secure and it plays much louder with much better sound than the school's clarinet

It didn't have that nice round sound you find with clarinets

Sure, the sound and tone are not nearly as good as you would get with a higher quality wooden clarinet; however, for a beginner who just wants to get started with learning basic clarinet or just wants to see if clarinet is something they'd be interested in, I think that this instrument will serve them just fine.
