I love this product with 1 reservation: the function keys are tiny and easy to miss unless you take a look at the keyboard.

Took a bit of time to wear in, but this keyboard has saved my work day from a lot of pain and numbness - great product!

I have this same keyboard in my other two office locations and they work properly, but I bought this at a reduced price because the box was damaged--looks like the product itself was damaged, not just the box.

when I made the purchase, said again with the partially damaged box, at the time of receiving the package, the box was damaged, but the product did not come new, is used, and the numeric keypad does not work.

But all in all this is a great product and well worth the money.

Microsoft builds the WORST products that are inevitably DEFECTED, buggy and do NOT WORK as advertised

I think Microsoft should be ashamed of producing such terrible quality products

Of course it has a warranty but getting a replacement from Microsoft is both a hassle (30+ minutes by phone, additional emails, trip to post office to return defective product) and an additional expense as their policy is you have to pay to return the defective product.

Pretty good for the price, wish it split fully (ie wired connection) the buttons on the bottom row (space bar etc) are stupidly big leaving little room for numbers and functions [my main gripe being the delete is extremely fare away) but otherwise surprisingly good product for a Microsoft.

It seemed like I just received a refurbished product rather than receiving new.

The "U" key broke after 3 months

The first one had a defective U key that feels like something is stuck under it.

THEN you have to click the "C" (clear) button on the Calculator app in order for it to register that you, who just pressed the calculator numpad button, actually want to use the Calculator app
