    Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard for Business (5KV-00001 )

    • It fits on my lap nicely and makes typing easy and comfortable
    • The touch on the keys is good--solid enough feel for good touch typing, but doesn't take a lot of force to activate
    • The Mac keyboard is very short and sleek and requires you to crane your wrists at an unnatural angle to type
    • I've been keeping a tally while typing this review, and it has missed 17 key presses while typing text up to this point in the review
    • Love it, but I wish it had some sort of backlighting, in the dark it's near impossible to identify where special characters are, and I do a decent job using correct typing technique.

    • It often will miss a key I press, so when typing a sentence, I'll realize it's missing every 3rd letter and have to redo the entire sentence

    • I found the angle of the keyboard to provide a sufficient and comfortable typing angle for me, so I didn't need to attach the extra piece at the bottom to prop up the wrist rest

    • This keyboard is a great balance between comfort and cost - and it looks good, too!In most ways, it is perfect - the split and slightly tilted ergonomic shape is, like my old wired Microsoft Natural ergonomic keyboards, the best fit for me, almost completely reversing the pain and numbness I used to experience from repetitive typing injuries
    • This does take some getting used to but once you do, typing is a breeze and my wrists don't hurt anymore
    • I still love typing on this, and I'm glad I bought it

    • Seriously, I can kick back in the recliner with this keyboard on my lap and type 4,000 words a day, and my wrists don't hurt, I'm not paranoid about getting carpool tunnel (haha!), and all my focus is on my writing
    • The keyboard is smaller, which is what I wanted, a little more room on my desk, and typing on this keyboard is easy

    • The keys are soft touch versus others that require a harder type stroke so there is less fatigue over longer use.

    • I have never had an ergonomic keyboard before, and it only took about a day for me to get used to the angled hand placement (but I do use the proper typing method...fingers on the home row, etc., which might help)
