    • If you lose the USB dongle that comes with the keyboard then the keyboard is useless.
    • Also... never lose the dongle
    • What's not to like (and you probably notice that i don't generally like MS)?A: If you lose the dongle (like I did when the cleaning woman at work exerted a bit too much exuberance in cleaning my desk) you can throw the keyboard away
    • So if you want an excellent ergo keyboard and don't ever have to alternate between normal and ergo, and won't ever lose the dongle, then this is a great choice.

    • If you lose the little wireless transceiver dongle, the entire keyboard must be replaced.
    • I suspect this happens when I travel and leave the USB dongle in my USB port, but, IMHO, with such a compact USB dongle, it should be more sturdy than it is and should be able to travel in the USB port in the computer in a computer bag without receiving damage.

    • Used it for about a year with OSX and experienced no issues whatsoever, but then I broke the USB dongle.
    • It is very easy to 'install', just plug the dongle in and it works.
    • Let me repeat this, because it astounds me: if you lose the 5mm dongle, the keyboard is trash.
