I have this same keyboard in my other two office locations and they work properly, but I bought this at a reduced price because the box was damaged--looks like the product itself was damaged, not just the box.

I love this product, however in moving, I seem to have lost my usb insert.

At the point you throw the keyboard in the street, kick your dog, grab yourself a drink, and apologize to your dog and promise you won't ever do it again and say it was all Microsoft's fault for building such a bad product

But all in all this is a great product and well worth the money.

Takes some getting used to after using a small Mac keyboard, but excellent product and love the number pad.

Of course it has a warranty but getting a replacement from Microsoft is both a hassle (30+ minutes by phone, additional emails, trip to post office to return defective product) and an additional expense as their policy is you have to pay to return the defective product.

I wish the board had a more dramatic tilt to the sides, but overall a good product.

Pretty good for the price, wish it split fully (ie wired connection) the buttons on the bottom row (space bar etc) are stupidly big leaving little room for numbers and functions [my main gripe being the delete is extremely fare away) but otherwise surprisingly good product for a Microsoft.

when I made the purchase, said again with the partially damaged box, at the time of receiving the package, the box was damaged, but the product did not come new, is used, and the numeric keypad does not work.

THEN you have to click the "C" (clear) button on the Calculator app in order for it to register that you, who just pressed the calculator numpad button, actually want to use the Calculator app
