i bought this for my mother for christmas since she lost her heating pad years ago, and when i recieved it i already thought it was very nice, then i read more about it on the package and such and was just very please with all the different perks it had that i hadnt seen on heating pads before, the detachable cord and ability to be damped where pleasent suprises, but what me and my mother really appreciated was that it heated up very fast and had a timer to automatically turn itself off, my mom really likes the timer cause she falls asleep with it on quite often, its also been a life saver for me since i fell down the stair not too long ago and the pain would not go away, once i used the pad on my back though it was feeling much better even after just once use, i really really do reccomend this product, it is wonderful all around
