The original Milanix remote is still fine but is only used if desired to change the input to the TV from other than HDMI (like if you want to attach a Digital antenna to recieve over the air broadcast signals from local channels, which I am not actually using).Nice picture, easy to mount and fits nicely in the space under the corner kitchen cabinet

It gets lots more channels using the Cable Box and HDMI input than the old Sony did using a standard coax input, so she's happy!A+, and definitely recommended, but required a bit of DIY to get it installed/mounted with separately purchased under cabinet mounting hardware.
