The other drawers are fine because they have the drawers above them to prevent it from tipping out

I found that I can only open the top drawer quarter of the way out before it starts to slip

The top drawer is pretty much guaranteed to fall out

Because it's lightweight and short there is a chance it might topple over if you put too much weight in the top drawer

But it's a decent wire drawer set and will fit well under a desk.

The drawers on mine were a little dented from the shipping, but they are serviceable.

so I positioned it where the drawers would hit the door frame before they fell out

Otherwise it's a great little drawer unit for a tight space!
