They responded to me within hours and after verifying my details ended up sending me a replacement device with an activity clasp that prevents you from losing the tracker in the watch band

Sleep tracking is spot on and I don't have to remember to tell the device I am going to sleep (like I had to with the Flex); it knows!Overall, great tracker that suits my specific needs for a great price point.

Had the thing for maybe 6 months and in that time period i had lost that tracker itself 3 times

It definitely is the most attractive activity tracker out there; however, if it does an absolutely terrible job tracking your activity then I'm not sure what the point of it is other than as an accessory with pretty cool lights

Why?There are three reasons, why the Misfit Shine is not a good activity tracker

It counted my steps and it didn't look like a super cheesy fitness tracker

Really good fitness tracker for my use, arrived in time and everything was correct, wristband included.

It worked well for several months, but after about four months the battery died and upon replacing it, the tracker didn't work well anymore.

Many friends have lost their trackers to death by water, or they lose activity tracking due to regular charging, but the most I have had to do is replace the battery (twice in the past year).

I wanted to like this fitness tracker as I am tired of replacing Fitbit One units that get lost or lose battery power.

After about 3 months, the tracker fell off the supplied bracelet

I consulted with technical team and since this bluetooth technology is used for many of Misfit tracker's functions, it's not likely to be changed in the near future

I can see that over time the band will stretch and need to be replaced to keep the tracker secure

For my money, this tracker is SO MUCH better than the Jawbone UP2 or the Fitbit Charge, both of which I've tried

The tracker is beautiful, however all that quality is lost when used with a Misfit wristband or clip.

The Misfit Shine Activity and Sleep monitor comes with one black band, the Misfit tracker device in the color you choose, the battery, the attachment for the wrist band to hold the tracker more securely, and a small tool to help raise the back piece to insert the battery.

Finally, this tracker is gorgeous

Recently I've hit an issue with syncing the device to the Misfit tracker app running on android OS

The Misfit tracker popped out of its wristband and is permanently lost
