but I really love the lap counting feature on the Misfit Shine Speedo.
-
The Social feature allows me to see my activity points and that of others, encouraging me to work harder.4
-
It has a nice triple tap feature to let it know if you are playing basketball or
-
Didn't help.-Wake feature in light sleep only available for Apple users-App for Android users seems pretty limited, very simple fitness tracker, but you can ID & label an
-
Absolutely love the sleep monitor feature.
-
Love those features!
-
When it comes to it working, this product would get 5 stars... however, the accuracy, great app, lack of needing to be charged, and all the other features become useless once you find out that wearing it as a watch will end up causing you to lose the tracker
-
This in my opinion is much nicer looking in comparison to the other fitness bands, and I love the sleep monitoring feature.
-
I also love the sleep tracking feature
-
All of the cool features, like counting laps and tracking fitness actives separately, are NOT available with the Android app.
-
(Beautiful, alarm feature but died 3x in 1 year and had to be replaced), Mi (which fell out of case immediately but was a great value and had the alarm feature).
-
I switched to misfit beacuse of its cool features such as it being waterproof, no charging
-
Those are great features and I was super excited, but the battery issues make the product nearly useless
-
The fact that the shine is water proof is by far the best feature
-
They need to be clear in their advertisement that all the features aren't available for Android users.
-
I love the sleep tracker feature too.
-
I love the features of this
-
It provides inspirational motivation quotes to keep me going, keeps track of my streak of achieving my daily goal and one of the BEST features is
-
I like the watch feature and being able to check my progress without having to sync or it broadcasting my progress to anyone who looks
-
The sleep tracker is also a nice feature
-
Go figure:)I like the Misfit features and look.
-
That is a top feature I wanted.
-
One of my favorite features is that your Shine has a clock interface
-
The "show my shine" feature has never worked with any of the shines I've had
-
The Misfit Shine has some nice hardware features
-
But love the waterproof feature.
-
I definitely did NOT want smart features of a watch that would give notifications of who called, email, and/or text messages
-
Disappointed :( it lacks many basic features and I got it thinking I could set and
-
half the features only work with iOS app
-
Sleep monitoring - I absolutely love this feature
-
and I love the tracking features
-
Otherwise this is a great device, and I truly love the tracking features, and feel they are pretty accurate for my daily activities!
-
It is only accurate to time in 5 minute increments but when just trying to get an idea of time is a nice feature
-
The features that are available with the android app don't even work correctly
-
Go figure:)I like the Misfit features and look.
-
I also appreciate the battery feature because most of us already have too many things we have to charge
-
and I definitely enjoy the features and the look of the misfit much more.
-
I had a really hard time with the app and it just was not worth the frustration, which was too bad too because it has a lot of great features and some really pretty options when is comes to the accessories
-
And looks quite accurate!Very good feature on the h/w side: no need to recharge
-
The Garmin tracks my swimming stats, has smart watch features, etc
-
The remaining useful feature was that only needed wi-fi to synch and keep trackAs of today these clown have changed
-
Sleep tracker - the BEST feature, especially for an insomniac like me
-
Not very user friendly, had to return item 3 times before I got one to work, features very limited, back hard to get off to change battery
-
I also love the sleep feature
-
Though I don't expect any fancy features beyond lap counting & time recording, the device failed on both
-
Worked great for 3-4 weeks and stopped tracking my sleep (which was one of my favorite features)
-
Swiping up will also show you your sleep pattern for the night, and I truly love this feature!
-
Misfit: This is the only truly waterproof one of the bunch, and even though I don't swim regularly it's an important feature to me
-
Thats a great feature
-
However, there are other features I would like to see: an online chat room to share questions and experiences, and though I know that it tracks aerobic activity, I'd like to know how to track weightlifting
-
It's a great feature to have.
-
The waterproof feature is wonderful - I was able to wear it on vacation in the seawater with no problems.
-
Great features and improvements from previous misfit products I've had
-
Although it will take some getting used to (it is quite prominent on my wrist) and it is not pretty, I like the app features
-
Sure you wont have some of the more advanced features but in my eyes just the waterproof feature is worth it.
-
This also features a "light up" clock, and double tapping on the device will display a few lights, then it will flash for the one's you need to focus on, however, I find I still get confused using this feature
-
Another nice feature is that this tracker - like Santa - knows when you are sleeping and knows when you're awake
-
Definitely a nice feature.
-
Here are all the things I love about my Shine:- Swimming - accurately tracks time and effort and converts it to points.- Other Sports - easily switches to activities such as biking and tennis.- Sleep - my favorite feature - I don't know how it is so accurate on the amt of restful
-
I had told her previously that I wanted to get the Shine due to its affordability, sleek design and its features
-
I always wear it on my wrist but there is the option of wearing it as a sort of lanyard type thing as well as you can buy additional pieces to wear it as a necklace etc
-
I find that I really do want to meet my activity goals, both for sleep as well as for physical activity
-
I was really hoping this would work out as I needed an activity tracker for the swimming pool.
-
Don't use your money on this, as totally cool as it seems.
-
I hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine.
-
Very unhelpful as by then you have to start trying to sync all over again
-
My only criticism is that it pops out of the wrist band and it very easy to lose (as you will see from other reviews)
-
Ok, so I tried just now and it worked as it should, showing progress and then time
-
After reading the numerous reviews and looking at other activity monitors I decided to go with the Misfit Shine as I wanted something that would integrate with my business clothing, provide accurate readings for activities, monitor my sleep cycle, and I really wanted something that was waterproof.
-
It's so much more stylish than a FitBit, as well as being cheaper.-Accuracy
-
This is by far my favorite fitness tracker I've tried both for the sleek fit and comfort as well as for accuracy
-
Its just as accurate as when I walk or run
-
A few times it worked as it should, tap twice, show progress
-
As per other reviews I feel the device is let down by the poor design/quality of the strap which I very rapidly learned not to trust as it doesn't secure the Shine safely
-
The item doesn't work as it will not hold a charge.
-
I bought the so-called "Speedo" version of Shine from Misfit site directly in Sep as soon as it's available, and was highly expecting it
-
n’t realize how much this type of display would annoy me
-
I love the band and t chose the Misfit a second time because it doesn't have to be recharged and is more elegant looking than most fitness tracker.
-
n’t miss it that much
-
I loved my shine however the bands r horrible
