I admit I had a little problem opening the tracker to place the battery, but with a little patience I could see what I was doing wrong and got the battery in correctly.

Recently I've hit an issue with syncing the device to the Misfit tracker app running on android OS

I love that it is waterproof and that it looks more like a watch than other bulky fitness trackers.

The Misfit tracker popped out of its wristband and is permanently lost

The Misfit Shine Activity and Sleep monitor comes with one black band, the Misfit tracker device in the color you choose, the battery, the attachment for the wrist band to hold the tracker more securely, and a small tool to help raise the back piece to insert the battery.

I guess I will need to find a more reliable fitness tracker so I can make sure I don't lose my data, which costs me money.

This inexpensive little activity tracker is great, seems accurate and easy to use, (once you read the directions).

The only thing it's missing is an integrated alarm to vibrate the tracker to wake you up.

That's one of the reasons I like this tracker - you can wear it in different ways.

Bluetooth signal strength isn't as strong as other trackers.

They responded to me within hours and after verifying my details ended up sending me a replacement device with an activity clasp that prevents you from losing the tracker in the watch band
