    Misfit Wearables Flash - Fitness and Sleep Monitor (Black)

    • I would just like to share the response I received from customer support, after my device died after a few swim sessions and clearly seemed to be waterlogged:"Thank you for contacting us
    • Customer support isn't very helpful and they take quite a while to return emails
    • Customer support is almost non existent.
    • Customer support page is very well hidden and only mean of contact is via form that failed to accept repeated attempts to submit form (across multiple devices and browsers).
    • If it does happen to malfunction, their customer support will do the best to fix it or send you a new one
    • Customer support is very responsive though.

    • Contacted customer support via email and eventually was offered a 100% discount if I bought a replacement via their website - which might have been fine, except that shipping and fees would have cost me more than I spent on the Flash in the first place

    • Customer support is dodgy, telling me to update the app (set to auto update on Google play so it is) and they will "work on" recovering lost data because it has just stopped working and recording for a few days and then started again
