Unfortunately, my misfit just broke unexpectedly after wearing it for 3 months

😩12/10/15 - I purchased a new battery as the Misfit support team told me to do and it worked

The Misfit Flash wins here; but if you work the night shift, the Vivofit 2 wins by default

I lost the Misfit on the 2nd day never to find it again

Misfit put some work into their Windows app and now other than a couple of simple little bugs it runs almost the same as android and iPhone

The misfit doesn't seem to accurately count my steps and I don't like that I have to sync it so often.

but if you are looking for a functional product then I recommend Misfit!

I'd originally purchased a Misfit Shine and ordered this as a gift, but when my Shine started acting up I switched to the Flash and find it to be a big step up even though it's a cheaper Misfit.

The first Misfit I ordered was working just fine for about a month and then all of the sudden the grey part of the band broke while I was at work typing...aka for no reason

I think Misfit would do well to build on the good and resolve the not so good issues.

It depends on your luck to get a good Misfit

Having started with the Misfit Shine (which I lost several times over 2 1/2 years because the actual device is very small and sometimes pops out of the band) - but I liked because it doesn't have to be worn on the wrist.

I had read that the bands had problems and that they broke easily, but I didn't think that the MisFit its self was that easy to break

Sorry Misfit but three different devices over the course of 15

That finally broke too, and I've lost my misfit

The biggest issue is the band: the Misfit will regularly pop out of it unless the band is as tight as possible, and it's quite likely that the band will break at the worst possible time, possibly losing your Misfit forever

Misfit was prompt and responded and offered to replace the product

I recommended the misfit to my teammates.

Winner: Vivofit 2, but the Misfit is MUCH more versatile

Really like the misfit so far.

Each time MisFit was good with sending a replacement, but in the end it's not worth it.

And when I log in to the website, 95% of the screen is advertisements for nicer Misfit products

If missing a day here and there is no big deal, then the misfit isn't so bad, for the price

The Misfit uses a battery and you don't lose hours of activity because you don't have to charge it everyday

The automatic sleep detection of the Vivofit is not as accurate as the Misfit, and the sleep phase detection isn't as sensitive

It was my third Misfit and it has been broken after a couple of weeks as 2 previous watches

The actual misfit is fine, but the band bike within a week, 3 different times

I love the fact that you do not have to charge it, Misfit sent me extra bands, although the one I have now is fine and when my battery was dying, they sent me a new one

My husband has a Xiaomi Mi band, and he likes it, but I prefer the Misfit

It was the brittle hard plastic ring that holds the Misfit Flash which broke after only a few days of light use.

I got 2 Misfit 6 month ago and now is not working at all

I've had a misfit for 2 years and love it.

After some back and forth the Misfit support team sent me a new unit but made the mistake of deactivating my (only somewhat) defective unit early

Just don't go swimming with it, I ruined my first misfit.

Had another Misfit and lost it because it kept falling out of the wristband

However, my Misfit fell out of the band before I ever heard back

My friend has now upgraded me & gave me a Garmin which has just shown me how inaccurate the Misfit was in tracking my activity.

Another amazing thing - my battery is running low since it's been about half a year, and Misfit sent me an email to replace my battery at no charge.

I was in a challenge with my employers against 2000 other teams and our team came up short, thanks to the unreliable and cheap Misfit product!!!!!

This was the 2nd misfit I got first one stopped working the next one I got the band broke around the misfit when I was biking and lost it

Found the packaging, returnedSorry - had to downgrade: the company was kind enough to send me the clip replacement for the broken one - it didn't help much: now I completely lost the misfit wearing the new (probable broken again) clip the very first day

The Misfit is only compatible the BLE Bluetooth devices (also called Smart Bluetooth)

The clip cracked after 3 months use and now my misfit has stopped working as well

but once I got in contact with the MisFit support group, they were very helpful and got me a new one in the way

My strap actually broke, others had trouble getting their Misfit in and out of theirs or getting it to stay

My second misfit worked for about a month and then it quit syncing as well

Bought it for my wife after she had several friends show off their Misfit Shine devices and we actually chose the Flash not for the lower price but because the device went into the band from behind, which we thought would be more secure
