Misfit Wearables Flash - Fitness and Sleep Monitor (Black)

    • Bottom line, this is a cheap plastic tracker, that's why it's so inexpensive
    • and I could get a good fitness tracker.
    • This tracker also pops in and out of the bracelet several times throughout the day and I am constantly worried that I will lose it while I'm running, and the sleep monitor continues to track my sleep for up to an hour after I have woken up
    • If you are looking for an affordable fitness tracker, this is the way to go
    • This is a wonderful tracker, it's not overly expensive
    • Overall, the Misfit Flash is a surprisingly accurate and dirt cheap daily activity tracker, with some major caveats that you may be willing to live with at this price point
    • I don't think any tracker is 100% accurate, but with the Jawbone Up Move it felt like it was close to 95%
    • It's a serviceable watch and a pretty good activity tracker
    • It isn't the most fashionable fitness tracker out there, but it does keep track of distance walked or ran well
    • Overall I would recommend this fitness tracker to anyone that is looking for an accurate tracker that doesn't break the bank.
    • Why don't these trackers have a "Lost my tracker" feature that makes it beep or something
    • It is a good tracker to get started
    • If only it worked as advertised, this would be a cool little fitness tracker for the price
    • This is a wonderful fitness tracker, with all the essential features, and a user-friendly app
    • After having my FitBit Flex die after only a little over a year, I was looking for an inexpensive tracker with a basic interface.
    • It may not have all the bells and whistles that the more expensive trackers have but all and all for the price it really can't be beat.
    • I strongly recommend if you want an affordable tracker.
    • This is probably the best fitness tracker for anyone who isn't up for spending a bunch of money on a tracker
    • Great value for a great activity tracker
    • It's not the greatest sleep tracker, but at $30, who can really complain about some shortcomings
    • I don't recommend this activity tracker
    • This product is a nice fitness tracker for what it costs.
    • People who loose their trackers probably do not have the wristband tight enough (with the exception of if it breaks).
    • In the process, I scratched both the tracker and the band
    • Overall, this is a greater beginner fitness tracker if you are unsure if you want one and don't feel like spending hundreds of dollars
    • I was going to buy a third one because it is a cheap tracker, but after reading tons of similar cases I concluded it would happend a 3rd time
    • I really wanted to like this tracker.
    • Not a good tracker
    • Low price, it is the cheapest fitness tracker, good for entry level
    • I like it, and it's a good wristwatch/activity tracker combo
    • At this price, its a great little fitness tracker
    • I bought it as an entry level/inexpensive tracker
    • I absolutely loved this fitness tracker
    • After comparing at least 20 trackers the misfit tracker came on top as the best, because of features (sleep + exercise, water resistant, 60 day battery, social integration and flexibility to use in many places
    • ++Positives+++The best sleeping tracker I have seen
    • It was obvious that they made this POS to be the cheapest possible tracker available
    • You have to use tension, but the plastic stretches under the tension and even after a week I think it's breaking (and will of course lose the tracker).I can use Misfit's website for much more detailed information, but no additional setup options.
    • Overall save your money and buy a better tracker.
    • love the software and the tracker
    • This was a good, almost great fitness tracker . .
    • Great basic fitness tracker and sleep tracker.
    • I love the tracker and its functionality.
    • I love this tracker
    • I use the clip on my socks... this is amazing best cheap fitness tracker.
    • Great basic fitness tracker
    • Accurate tracker for the price though.
    • It did a great job, and used it on a shorter obstacle course where again I didn't want to risk my more expensive tracker.
    • Great little tracker for the price
    • I love the tracker itself
    • Its a nice tracker for the money and i
    • This is a reasonably good fitness tracker for those with a tight budget.
    • One of the best budget fitness tracker
    • Great waterproof tracker, especially for the price.
    • I'm active daily I mostly use it to monitor sleep and it works for it as well as a movement tracker
    • You'll save a lot of money and frustration in the long run by paying a little extra for a better fitness tracker.
    • I found this tracker to be terribly inaccurate at tracking my steps
    • Like the tracker.
    • I did research and settled on the Misfit Shine on the basis on the very competitive price, on the fact that it was a watch as well as a tracker and the fact that it looked really cool
    • With the pricey fitness trackers on the market, it definitely does the basics for a way lower price than most others
    • I use the clip on my socks... this is amazing best cheap fitness tracker.
    • An improved app plus better bundled band would make me recommend this tracker
    • A great tracker, sleep and activity wise, especially because there's no need to charge it
    • The tracker itself works great
    • Amazing activity tracker
    • It was obvious that they made this POS to be the cheapest possible tracker available
    • Overall it's a great tracker for the price.
    • shine the band on the misfit flash doesn't fit the tracker very well
    • Low price, it is the cheapest fitness tracker, good for entry level
    • I think this is a great fitness tracker for the price, but when they recently updated the app, they made the automatic sleep tracking feature only work in the night, so if you slept during a certain time of day or anything like that, it wouldn't track it
    • I absolutely loved the tracker itself
    • This is a great little fitness tracker for an amazing price
    • I think it is an excellent starter fitness tracker.
    • then you loose your tracker ;-(
    • lasts! Now with the price cut, i definitely think this is one of the better fitness trackers.
    • The actual tracker is great
    • While the flash was a GREAT tracker for the first two weeks of use, the first time I swam in a pool with this supposedly "water resistant" device, water got inside the case and now it is a useless piece of crap on my nightstand
    • In March, almost 30 days after purchase, this tracker went dead
    • Tracker is wonderful
    • For the price, it's not a bad tracker.
    • After researching the best fitness trackers for swimming and walking, I decided the Misfit was the best "fit"
    • They even replaced one we lost!)All in all, the Flash isn't the toughest tracker out there, but it's AFFORDABLE, it looks good, and Misfit Customer Service is amazing.
    • If your looking for a decent tracker invest in a more expensive higher quality one.
    • I look forward to trying it clipped to my shoe and using my stationary bike to see if it really is an accurate cycle tracker.
    • Compared to the Fitbit One ($99.99), this is a steal.)Tracks steps and sleepPretty appFor me personally, the only real CON is that the tracker could be a bit more accurate
    • Nice fitness tracker for a very reasonable price that interfaces with Weight Watchers!
    • I might get it as I like how small this tracker is no fuss but is just too cheaply made.
    • To misfit's credit, they did replace it F.O.C.I actually like the look of it, but my wife thinks it looks cheap, like a kids toyI'm pretty sure I'd prefer this to the expensive trackers out there like fitbits
    • So far the Flash itself works really well and is about as accurate as any other tracker out there.
    • Overall, the Misfit Flash is a surprisingly accurate and dirt cheap daily activity tracker, with some major caveats that you may be willing to live with at this price point
    • so decided my next fitness tracker would be an inexpensive step tracker
    • If you're looking for an inexpensive yet very functional fitness tracker with great customer service then the Misfit Flash is the unit for you.
    • It does pretty much what more expensive trackers like fitbit do, but was a much better value
    • After a month the clip broke so it won't hold the misfit tracker anymore.
    • Solid buy for the money-conscious buyer not reader to make the more extensive investment into the other popular trackers.
    • Turns out this tracker is great and the app is perfect for him.
    • It is a respectable tracker even at the budget-friendly price.
    • Great and accurate fitness tracker
    • Overall, this tracker has been working great for me
    • If you don't have a lot of money to spend on a fancy activity tracker, this is the perfect product for you!
    • and I lost my Up tracker
    • The tracker itself not bad
    • This device pairs with a ton of fitness programs (I use it with myfitnesspal) and is a great tracker if you don't want to pay for a fancy FitBit or something more expensive.
    • its a quite affordable activity tracker and simple to use
    • Overall a great starter fitness tracker.
    • What good is a tracker that won't track...or only tracks for 3 months!
    • But I didn't like not having a tracker, and my Fitbit One didn't work nearly as well for tracking all forms of exercise, not only walking (I am a rower) so I gave in and bought a Flash
    • The most useless fitness tracker ever
    • Than yesterday, the band broke, and today the tracker no longer lights or works.
    • The Flash is a great activity tracker and the app works as promised.
    • and I was afraid I would lose the tracker.
    • And trust me, the tracker will just fall out
    • For $19 it's a solid first fitness tracker, but I'd rather pay a little more for a platform that supports Android at the same level as iPhone.
    • an hour later the tracker decided to not work
    • Terrible product - avoid and buy a decent tracker from Fitbit or someone else
    • Once you get one working, it's a good tracker for the price
    • I would recommend this tracker for anyone just starting out, especially because it's so cheap, but considering the band is about $10 to replace and the clip is about $7, this definitely isn't worth the money.
    • When I say a lot, I mean a lot, as in I even carried around a pocket pedometer for six weeks to see if my steps varied enough on a weekly basis to justify needing a reliable tracker at all.
    • But I would prefer my tracker to count slightly less steps rather than more, as I would work harder with it counting less steps than I would if it counted more (which would give me the propensity to be lazier.)The bad -
    • But I would prefer my tracker to count slightly less steps rather than more, as I would work harder with it counting less steps than I would if it counted more (which would give me the propensity to be lazier.)The bad -
    • The tracker doesn't seem as if it's really secure in the wrist strap
    • I like this tracker.
    • Great alternative to some of the more expensive trackers.
    • I can't imagine not owning one of these handy little trackers.
    • So all in all, it's a great inexpensive tracker if you want to try one out before spending more on a good quality one.
    • My thoughts on this Misfit Flash activity tracker:•
    • PriceCan swim with it and set the activity long press feature to track the time in the poolCan shower with itComfortableApp is easy to useWatch time is built it (as long as you know how to tell analog time)With a flick of your wrist you can tell what time it is or where you are with you steps (depending on what you have pop up first, I have the time pop up first)Lots of additional features being built in, such as using it as an activity tracker and taking selfies at the same time (you used to have to disable the tracker to take a selfie, see further down for more information)Some Cons
    • I have had others tell me their more expensive activity trackers don't do as much as my misfit does
    • for a cheap activity tracker you can't beat it...
    • If you cannot afford a higher end fitness tracker, then this is the one for you.
    • misfit was delivered 10/30/15, worked great for a few weeks, tracker died 12/26/15, glad i spent very little on it.
    • Overall, it's a decent basic fitness tracker for the price
    • For the price this is a great tracker
    • I guess it works the way a $30 fitness tracker should
    • I've had the tracker for about three weeks and in that time both broke
    • Now, I did get a second Flash due to the price, and it does basically the same thing as other more expensive fitness trackers
    • The band is fine, the tracker has never fallen out or gotten lost, I keep the band pretty tight to help with that issue
    • misfit was delivered 10/30/15, worked great for a few weeks, tracker died 12/26/15, glad i spent very little on it.
    • I really liked this tracker for the two short months it lived
    • This is a great tracker
    • Its a pretty accurate tracker and the iPhone App is good
    • Spend more and get better tracker.
    • The wrist band and clip are crap, but the tracker itself is great.
    • If you are looking for a nice tracker that also gives you good info on your sleep habits go for this
    • I put brand new batteries in our Shine/Flash trackers
    • I think it's time for me to buy a better fitness tracker
    • Let me start with this: the tracker itself was fine
    • I knew I was buying a cheap fitness tracker, but I expected it to last longer than 2 weeks
    • I loved this tracker
    • Otherwise, loved the sleep tracker.
    • Decent tracker but many flaws
    • Excellent alternative to an expensive tracker to start.
    • I really like this tracker
    • And trust me, the tracker will just fall out
    • This time i decided to use technology to my advantage, with countless trackers in the market i wanted one that did 2 basic things to track effectively exercise even when i swim (this is a plus on the misfit tracker) as i workout different every
    • As expected, the device is not one of the best trackers out there but for someone who is just getting into wearable trackers and health wear like me, this would have been a great choice
    • I really wanted to like this tracker, but it had a couple fatal flaws that ended up being deal breakers.
    • But I didn't like not having a tracker, and my Fitbit One didn't work nearly as well for tracking all forms of exercise, not only walking (I am a rower) so I gave in and bought a Flash
    • The calorie/step count was pretty accurate and I love the sleep tracker
    • This is a great, simple, unobtrusive tracker with a great price, but don't expect it to out last three months
    • It's a great simple tracker for steps and sleep.
    • Hopefully Misfit will improve the band and put this product in serious competition with much more expensive trackers like the Fitbit.
    • Works as it should.
    • But if you regularly go over a day without access to the Internet (the app won't sync without it), or if you tend to be rough on your accessories, or if your chosen exercise isn't one that lends itself to large amounts of movement somewhere you can attach it, maybe it's not for you.***ETAThe water sealing is nowhere as good as they say it is
    • It worked as it was suppose to for a month
    • The only trouble I had with it is that the bluetooth didn't sync with my android as well as it did with the iPhone
    • - I wore it in the Gulf of Mexico - calm water days - and well - the band broke (as it seems to be a major problem) and the misfit and band are now somewhere in the Gulf of Mexico
