I like my Misfit but am not terribly happy with the back piece

The actual misfit is fine, but the band bike within a week, 3 different times

Misfit put some work into their Windows app and now other than a couple of simple little bugs it runs almost the same as android and iPhone

I love my misfit but it cracked already after only 5 weeks of normal use

I contacted Misfit on numerous occasions about a fix, but they either refuse to respond or send me the same lame instructions that are available on their website

I recommended the misfit to my teammates.

Bought it for my wife after she had several friends show off their Misfit Shine devices and we actually chose the Flash not for the lower price but because the device went into the band from behind, which we thought would be more secure

Misfit was kind enough to send a replacement; the replacement stopped working within 2 weeks.

I absolutely love my Misfit!

Wrist band has broke twice - contact Misfit to replace the band (broke within 1 month of purchase); they replaced with no issues

It is cheaply made, the problem is the face can fall out of band very easily (i lost my previous misfit).

Another amazing thing - my battery is running low since it's been about half a year, and Misfit sent me an email to replace my battery at no charge.

The Misfit uses a battery and you don't lose hours of activity because you don't have to charge it everyday

Found the packaging, returnedSorry - had to downgrade: the company was kind enough to send me the clip replacement for the broken one - it didn't help much: now I completely lost the misfit wearing the new (probable broken again) clip the very first day

A month and a half into owning it, the misfit just died.

The Misfit was a mistake

The misfit works but the order was wrong and the broken clip not too happy about that as not always wearing it on wrist was a nice option even if it was the wrong color

My second misfit worked for about a month and then it quit syncing as well

Having started with the Misfit Shine (which I lost several times over 2 1/2 years because the actual device is very small and sometimes pops out of the band) - but I liked because it doesn't have to be worn on the wrist.

I love the fact that you do not have to charge it, Misfit sent me extra bands, although the one I have now is fine and when my battery was dying, they sent me a new one

And when I log in to the website, 95% of the screen is advertisements for nicer Misfit products

I think Misfit would do well to build on the good and resolve the not so good issues.

I'd originally purchased a Misfit Shine and ordered this as a gift, but when my Shine started acting up I switched to the Flash and find it to be a big step up even though it's a cheaper Misfit.

The biggest issue is the band: the Misfit will regularly pop out of it unless the band is as tight as possible, and it's quite likely that the band will break at the worst possible time, possibly losing your Misfit forever

Misfit was pretty cool about it, they sent us a replacement within a week of getting all the details

Definitely have recommended Misfit to friend

😩12/10/15 - I purchased a new battery as the Misfit support team told me to do and it worked

But today the cheap band broke that holds the misfit and it fell out somewhere.

I got 2 Misfit 6 month ago and now is not working at all

Seller was excellent in all dealings but this particular Misfit is not worth the money.
