    Misfit Wearables Flash - Fitness and Sleep Monitor (Red)

    • Sometimes if your lying in bed watching a moving it may mistake you as sleeping if your a little too still but for the most part it is very accurate in tracking not only length of sleep but whether it was deep or light sleep
    • Also, when it did work, it will not track your sleep if you work third shift, it only tracks sleep patterns at night and not during the day
    • I find the sleep monitor super useful and the fitness tracking super motivating.
    • It tracks sleep and exercise without needing to do much, although it didn't work so well to track bike riding
    • Unsure on how well it actually tracks when you are in deep sleep or restless sleep, but really useful to be able to review data on how many hours of sleep you legitimately average in a given week.
