While the idea of the strap in the back is good in theory, it is either too tight so that the ear straps rub and press down on the tops of your ears, or so loose that the bottom of the mask gaps open defeating the purpose entirely.

Unfortunate as I really like my neck gaiter from Mission, but this just wont work at all.
