The brush and sponge were my mistake.

All you need to do is buy a cheap brush to spread it on

I just buy really cheap sponge brushes or paintbrushes and toss them when im done

If you use the cheap sponge brushes from the craft store, you can wash this stuff out of them, just run under a little warm water and gently squeeze the glue out of the brush, and air dry on an old towel

Your brush will dry a little stiff, so keep this brush as your "mod podge

With a bristle brush it applied easily, dried quickly and gave a nice shine

Works best when applied with stiff bristle brush.

This is easy to clean off your brush with soap and water and I am very happy with it.

I had to head to a local home store to purchase stiff bristle brush.

Word of caution, when used as a finish; you need to work fast and use a very fine brush.
