For people with severe knee pain, it can help a little, but a big bulky knee sleeve would be better than this.

But this wonderful sleeve really makes my knee almost feel normal

Although the sleeve is easy to put on and is comfortable it did nothing to alleviate my discomfort from a torn meniscus that was partially removed several years ago.

I like that I can put the sleeve under my pants and go about my day.

The looseness in middle also means that any repeated jostling is going to make the sleeve slowly but surely bunch up and work it's way down, so I can't really recommend this for any high rep activity where you can't stop and readjust your sleeve

Some may find the sleeve to be hot but it is winter here so no issues for me at this time

As I said in a previous review, the first one I ordered per the chart was too small, so I sent it back knowing it was an excellent support sleeve or brace.
