    • So...ink didn't work
    • Ink bleeds through on the backside of the paper but not on the next page
    • If you use a pen that is too heavy on the ink, the ink will bleed through on the other side of the page making it hard to go back and read what you've written.
    • The ink also smears on the paper - I don't have that problem with any other moleskin notebooks I've had.
    • -Beautiful to look atCons--Paper is a little thin, can see what is written on the other side if using dark ink-Strap holding the book closed gets loose pretty easily-Price is a little bit high
    • Great for bullet journaling but the pages are transparent if you're using dark ink.
    • Page thickness: too transparent since I use dark gel ink.
    • I haven't had any problems at all with the paper quality, even using thick markers and dark inks.
    • but I'm gonna give it 4 stars cause the last one I had, the pages were thicker, and I could use my favorite liquid ink pen
    • really disappointed especially because i paid $20 for this when i could’ve gotten a $5 one from michael’s.. the pages are very smooth but almost any ink bleeds really bad
    • Ink bleeds through the paper, and it can't hold watercolor without warping the paper
    • As others have noted, pages are very thin, and while I haven't had much issue with bleed-through, I do notice that the paper doesn't absorb ink fast enough which leads to a lot of smudging and blurring
    • For dense ink work, two pages can be quickly pasted together using a Scotch 3M permanent glue stick or similar to create a nice thick "plate" that won't bleed thru with india inks or Copic markers.
    • Neither the ink or highlighters bleed through the pages and what ever you write is well protected in the hard outer covers
    • The ink bleeds through a little, but only if you are using a thick marker and are writing slowly enough to let it bleed through
    • Though I wouldn't recommend using any other pen than a ballpoint since ink tends to bleed through the pages.
    • It absorbes ink well and it makes a great drawing book
    • Also, the ink bleeds through the pages pretty bad
    • The squared ink was far darker than in the past and was distractingly noticeable on the page
    • If you use super inky fountain pens, then the ink might bleed through the pages, but if not, then you're good to go!
    • Also, the ink smudges very easily unlike the black version
    • Paper is a bit thin (ink pens don't bleed, but writing can be seen on the backside of each page), but it's so smooth to write on
    • the ink looks great on this paper.
    • Typically, I try to find books with thick, but smooth paper as I do a lot of sketches and handlettering mostly with fine rollerball ink pens and other fine tip pens like microns
    • The pages are thin, but acid free, so the ink doesn't fade or bleed
    • I have used gel pens to write in these types of journals and I haven't noticed any transferring or the ink bleeding through the page.
    • Good I like it
    • Good quality, but not as great as I
