Moleskine Watercolor Album Sketchbook - 5"x8" Sketch Pad for Drawing, Watercolor Painting, Sketchbook for Teens, Artists, Students

    • I absolutely adore this journal, not only is it extremely compact and portable, but the pages are of good quality as well
    • I love the color, I love the pages, and I really enjoy using this product
    • The pages lay flat when painting and there is a little storage pocket on back cover.
    • The fact there is 75 wonderful pages is even better
    • Binding seems like it's built to last, the book opens nicely on every page (some sketchbooks open awkwardly once you get past the first few pages) this one uses a woven string in the binding so every page is fully accessible
    • The cover is beautiful and the pages are great for watercolor or colored pencil.
    • (the page will curl a bit, but will lay flat after it's dry)
    • This is a pretty dank sketchbook the pages are nice and thick it's really easy for me to carry around and the paper does tend to buckle a
    • The binding and cover are tough and durable, but I wouldn't recommend ripping out pages
    • Beautiful book and great size, however pages begin to buckle with anything more than a light watercolor application
    • The pages are durable and can really handle quite a beating
    • The pages are large, but not combersome, perfect for jotting down the visuals you wish to capture
    • I use a lot of water with my watercolors and it doesn't warp the page
    • so I mostly use the right page while I'm out and the left page for when I'm home
    • The pages hold water well with minimal buckling
    • The book is made is with great quality, the pages are not loose, the cover does not feel cheap and holds together very well
    • I must say the only thing I kind of expected was for the pages to be detachable
    • very very disappointed despite all the positive reviews with watercolors, gesso and mediums...the pages buckle and warp
    • And you can make really big sketches if you work a double page.
    • There's enough pages to "edit" your work and use pages for things like testing colors, etc without worrying that you are using up precious space/paper
    • The book was just the right size for my backpack and the pages have with really stood up to all kinds of conditions.
    • it's so small and the pages are so soft
    • The other pages are fine, it was just one page, but it was the first page in the book!
    • The pages are nice and thick so that there are no bleeding through the pages if you used too much water.
    • As might be expected the book form means that charcoal, chalks and heavily built up craypas don't fair well, smearing and contaminating the opposite page when closed
    • However, the pages, while a little wavy around the edges, are still fine to work with
    • Nice thick pages and well bound
    • The pages are nice and thick, and slightly textured
    • Washes and inks don't bleed through, you can use the next page, and even the back of the used ones
    • Takes watercolor fairly well and a couple of clips keep the pages nice and flat.
    • This is a pretty dank sketchbook the pages are nice and thick it's really easy for me to carry around and the paper does tend to buckle a
    • Always love these little books, use 'em for inspired cards as well as for when I walk & want to paint a view
    • I like the weight of the paper, but I am slightly fearful as to its stiffness, worrying that it might unexpectedly crease or even crack
