Love the spot for an extra drum key,love the large pockets on the back side for extra sticks;used that feature on my last gig and left my stick bag at home
but this might be a good spot for storing my ZOOM H2 when traveling to a gig or practice

Mono have really created a fantastic Cymbal bag with the M80 - with a pocket specifically for a 10" Splash, a pocket for hats, and then the main cymbal compartment
I purchased this bag because my previous one was very basic and didn't really protect my cymbals much: no dividers, minimal padding, etc
so I'm not worried about clinking and cracking the cymbals over time.-Backpack straps can stow away
My cymbals are very important to me,and the thought of warping and/or cracking any of them because my bag was not securing them properly was a constant cause of concern
But if you've got real nice cymbals like me, and you gig quite often and have to transport them
