I missed the wireless charging when I swapped from Xperia, but this has saved me

Like the charge when it did charge and protects phone well

It does an okay job - but sometimes the connection isn't as good when charging the pack.

My mophie gives my iphone a consistent charge and I haven't had any issues with it yet

I love having the full extra charge, and that it works with my qi charger.

The wireless charging is effective, but the alignment for magnets has not been standardized and does not work with all Qi charging devices.

You only get one charge before it dies, and its impossible to get to the headphone jack.

I've also tested the wireless charging ability on a number of vehicles that offer built in Qi-compatible charging pads and they have all worked nicely as well

Was expecting to get at least one full charge out of the battery when portable charges usually give you two full charges.

The micro-USB connector is loose and makes charging it EXTREMELY difficult because you have to find the right spot for the cable to charge the case and the phone.

but I didn’t like the design where you have to use their own proprietary charging cord not an Apple-sized female plug entrance.

The case must have a defective charging port because I plug it in to charge and it doesn’t work

Worked good for about 5 months and now its not charging.

My other two fell apart, this one just won’t hold a charge anymore :(

Wireless charging is a bonus!

Works great, however the wireless charging could use a little work; it stops spontaneously for a second then starts charging again quite regularly

The wireless charging is a nice feature and it works with any QI charging base.

I attempted to remove my iphone 7 to clean it and the small charging adapter inside the Mophie snapped off rendering it useless.

Plus, the RED color was cheaper than the boring BLACK Charge Force that I had before.

We've had several Mophie cases and still believe that Mophie makes the best charging cases.

Be prepared to buy an additional charging cord and mess around with duplicates

The wireless charging convenience IMHO may be enough to cause me to keep this case on the phone full-time, but it's a little bit strange: with wireless charging, my phone is often times sitting on a charging pad - which usually alleviates my need for the extra capacity

I switch to an iPhone and really missed wireless charging

Has everything I was looking for in a phone case, front screen protection (via case overlap), not too bulky, forward facing speaker holes, qi charging, and fairly large battery size

The case gets pretty hot when you are charging your phone, especially if you're charging it in your purse or a bag

I bought several cheaper charging cases because I couldn't justify the price of this, but they all had their own issues (wouldn't charge consistently, stopped working, etc.).

The charging functionality is great - I don't have any problems with accidental charging with the new button set up

Horrible...stopped working and charging after 2 months

Good charge but is not good for protection.

It finally works as it should but do not like the fact that when you unplug it, it stays charging
